Back in Italy with Macaron & Givenchy

Appena tornato dal mio viaggio a Parigi e devo dire che, anche se è stata la seconda volta, questa città sorprende, affascina e ammalia sempre qualsiasi tipo di persona. La capitale della Moda si è presentata agghindata di mille luci e tantissime vetrine semplicemente stupefacenti, perfette in ogni minimo dettaglio e con dei temi veramente belli che vi farò presto vedere nei prossimi Post.
In 8 giorni posso dire di aver visitato quasi tutto, partendo dal Sacro Cuore, i quartieri Latini, Moulin Rouge e il museo erotico, Torre Eiffel, Arco di Trionfo, Champs Elysees, Louvre, Museo d'Orsay, Disneyland, Notre Dame de Paris, Place de la Concorde, ecc.. ovviamente una delle migliori parti del viaggio è stato il tempo speso a la "Galeries LaFayette".
Mentre eravamo dentro questo gigantesco e stupendo grande magazzino ho avuto un colpo di fulmine e credetemi...è stato immediatemente "amore a prima vista".


Just got back from my trip to Paris and I must say that, even if it was the second time to me, this city surprises, fascinates and charms always any kind of person. The capital of fashion occurred dressed up with lights and lots of windows simply amazing, perfect in every detail and with some really great themes that you will see on the next Post very soon.
In 8 days I can say that I have visited almost everything, starting from the Sacre Coeur, Latin Quarter, the Moulin Rouge and the Erotic Museum, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Louvre, Orsay Museum, Disneyland, Notre Dame de Paris , Place de la Concorde, etc. .. But of course one of the best parts of the trip was the time spent in the "Galeries Lafayete".
While we were in this huge and beautiful store I immediately fell in love with a Givenchy Item and believe me it was Love at first sight.

And then it was the time for Macaron, always bought inside LaFayete at the famous store "La Maison du Chocolate".

Il viaggio è stato veramente bello e mi sono divertito molto con i miei amici, voi che avete fatto a capodanno?

The trip was Amazing and i had so much fun with my friends. What did you do for New year's Eve?

Focus on: Kiel James Patrick

Sapete benissimo ormai quanto io sia letteralmente ossessionato dagli accessori. Non mi interessa che siano per ragazza o per ragazzo, io li amo. Credo fortemente che, il giusto accessorio, possa dare un tocco totalmente differente ad ogni outfit, questa è una delle mie fashion rules.

Amo soprattutto le collane ed i bracciali per questo motivo questo Focus on lo dedico a questo giovane Designer.

Questo è Kiel James Patrick.

I'm always totally obsessed with Accessories. I do not care if they are just for girls or boys, i just adore them. In my opinion the right Accessory can totally change the aspect of your outfit, this is one of my fashion rules.

Most of all, i love necklaces and bracelets so now i want to show you this young Accessories Designer.

This is Kiel James Patrick.

Patrick iniziò la sua carriera quando era molto giovane. Era fortemente attratto dai vecchi vestiti e dalle loro fantasie, soprattutto le uniformi scolastiche inglese che imponevano un determinato rigore e una fantasia quasi sempre a strisce, cosi Patrick decise di fare un bel mix ed usare le fantasie in un modo totalmente nuovo e giovanile. 

Ovviamente iniziò regalando ad i propri amici e compagni di scuola le sue prime creazioni e quando vide che la gente continuava ad essere interessata alla sue creazioni, capì che era il momento giusto di farne un business e ce l'ha fatta.

Le prime creazioni furono bracciali e cinte come queste:

Patrick started his own career when he was pretty young. He was obsessed with the old fashionable clothing and patterns, so he decided to do a  mix and used the patterns in a different fresh and young way.

Obviously he started giving some of his items to friends and then lots of people asked to him another new items. When he saw this amazing audience he understood that it was the right time to turn his activity to a business and he DID IT.

The first items were bracelets and then belts like this:

Adesso il marchio JKP è molto famoso a livello mondiale. La filosofia del brand consiste principalmente nel portare dei vecchi elementi  del passato e riutilizzarli con una nuova chiave contemporanea. Tuttavia devo dire che secondo me il prezzo per dei bracciali di questo genere (dai $40 a $58) è un pò alto anche se JKP conferma che la qualità degli stessi è veramente eccellente.

Now the JKP brands is a very famous and worldwide brand.  The philosophy is all about bringing back old-fashioned design elements, but using them in a contemporary new way. I have to say that , in my opinion,  the prices are a little bit expensive for braceletes like this (from $40 a $58) but JKP says that the materials quality is very High.
