My best dressed was a tie-Rihanna and Selena Gomez. Rihanna wore a risque sheer nude Jean Paul Gaultier couture gown with white silk tulle ruffles. There are few people that can pull off a couture gown straight off the runway with no changes. Selena looked age appropriate but still gorgeous in a gold J.Mendel dress, flawless makeup and accessories. My worst dressed was also a tie between Jordin Sparks and Katy Perry. Jordin looked like she was attending a high school prom in 1996 and Katy looked like she was going to a Halloween costume party.
