Mongolian Fur Coat-What to Do With You

Thanks to my mom, I have a great vintage Mongolian coat. It's waaay to much coat for me though! Not to mention it doesn't get that cold in NC. So I've got to figure out how to wear it. I'm pretty sure I'm going to remove the sleeves and make it a vest. My mom suggested adding snaps to the sleeves, just in case. Yeah, just in case I want to look like the character from Monsters Inc.
