So I have been spending a lot of time reviewing Spring 2010 collections so that I can share more with all of you Fashionable Thinkers. I was able to watch the Ralph Lauren Show and it was AMAZING! Both his Women and Mens collections are outstanding! Here is some of his collection...

Men's Spring Ready-to-Wear 2010

Designer: Band of Outsiders

The team at Band of Outsiders presented a wide range of items for its Spring 2010 collection. All of the looks were photographed with a beach background, but do not expect to see a lot of beach clothes. This particular look stood out to me. At first I was not thrilled, because it could use some more color. Other than that I really loved the look. It seems effortless. A nice tailored pair of shorts that do not have to be pressed with an iron. A shirt and suspenders complete the ensemble. To accessorize they simply added a pair of mid-high top shoes. The one item that did have color was perfect. It makes the look of not seeming to try that hard, but you still care. More guys should try this look.

This was a great look that came down the runway during the BCBG Max Azria show this season. The peacock colors of the dress are amazing. I love that color on a dress. At first glance the colors can seem to be over powering the woman, but it actually has the opposite effect. The color will make any woman's skin tone pop! The one shoulder was very big this season and he got it right by simply putting it over the right shoulder. The chest is a blank canvas waiting for the right accessories to dress it. This dress is great for women who want to show some skin, but still remain modest. This is accomplished, because the legs are out without giving away to much. This dress is a must have!

The dress pictured above is unique. I understand that fashion is about being creative. This garment is very creative. The colors composition is ok, but it still is lacking something. It is lacking the sex appeal that some woman will want. Also, where is a woman suppose to wear this garment too? The circus if she is starring in it. I said the color choice was nice, but it is a lot going on with the colors. Plus, the shape of the dress is not helping at all. Then to make matters worse their are strands of thread coming off the end of the dress; it is all just to much! Lastly, the shoes and socks with that garment are horrific to say the least! This is a dress that is surely meant only for a fashion show!

This is an exception dress from Carolina Herrera. The part of the garment that grabbed my attention was the wrapped A-symmetrical wrap in the across the stomach and waist. Then the color composition is very flattering to any woman's skin tone. The top part of the dress is very sexy, with a revealing neckline. The bottom of the dress is very innocent. The contrast between the sexy and innocence allows for a woman to work her assets. Lastly, the shape of the dress especially at the tightness around the hips accents a woman's curves in a very flattering way.

Jason Wu's entire collection blew me away this season. It was great. I really liked this particular look and not just because Chanel Iman is wearing the clothes. I really that the look was simple, but done right. The accent of green around the waist helped make the overall look come to life. The bottom half give the woman shape and the top half will make a woman feel sexy! This look is Major!
