"In questo momento, il più importante materiale sostenibile utilizzato da H&M è il cotone organico. Il cotone organico è prodotto senza fare ricorso a pesticidi e fertilizzanti chimici, con chiari vantaggi per l’ambiente e per i coltivatori. H&M vende capi contenenti cotone organico dal 2004 e continua a investire in questo materiale, allo scopo di aumentarne l’uso del 50% annuo fino al 2013."
Ed ecco alcuni capi che sono stati realizzati che questi numerosi materiali sostenibili, ovviamente faranno parte della nuova collezione Primavera/Estate 2011 che a breve inizierà ad essere lanciata in tutti gli stores.
H&M continues to adopt a policy of full respect for the environment by using sustainable materials like organic cotton, recycled fabrics and organic linen.
This is what H&M would like to emphasize:
"H&M's most important greener material right now is organic cotton. Organic cotton is cultivated without the use of chemical pesticides and fertilisers, which means it is better for the environment and for the farm workers. H&M has been selling clothes containing organic cotton since 2004, and we are still continuing to invest in this initiative. The aim is to increase the use of organically grown cotton by 50% every year until 2013."
These are some items that have been made of sustainable materials and , of course, they will be part of the new Spring / Summer 2011collection which will shortly begin to be launched in all stores.
