I famosi stilisti The Blonds, ormai sapete quanto li amo, hanno presentato la loro nuovo Collezione per l'inverno 2011.
Ho seguito l'evento in streaming e , come sempre, non mi hanno deluso. Lo show si è aperto con un video, eseguito ad opera d'arte, che ritraeva David & Philippe e moltissime altre scene che riprendevano il tema orientale della collezione.
Terminato il video, in passerella entrano immediatamente due dragoni Cinesi eseguendo una piccola e caratteristica performance per poi accucciarsi e restare seduti, per l'intera durata dello show, in passerella davanti i fotografi.
La collezione ha una fortissima influenza orientale spostandosi territorialmente tra Asia-Cina e Giappone. I colori più usati nella collezione sono il Rosso e l'Oro, altri colori presenti sono il Viola, il Rosa ed il Celeste.
Abiti ricoperti di frange e corsetti pieni di cristalli Swarovski (assoluta firma del brand). Tuttavia si nota la completa assenza di metallo e borchie. Ottime le parrucche glitterate, il trucco e le scarpe Louboutin delle modelle.
Apprezzato molto anche il simpaticissimo abito-dragone indossato dallo stesso Philippe in passerella.

The famous fashion designers The Blonds, you know how much I love them, presented their new Winter Collection 2011.
I followed the event on line and, as always, I was not disappointed. The show opened with a video depicting David & Philippe and many other scenes that reflect the Asian influences of the collection.
After the video, on the catwalk enter two Chinese dragons doing a small performance and then lie down and remain seated for the whole duration of the show, on the catwalk.
The collection has strong Oriental influences moving between eastern Asia - China and Japan. The colors used in the collection are red and gold, other colors are Purple, Pink and Light Blue.
Clothes covered with fringes and corsets full of Swarovski crystals (absolute signature of the brand). However, we note the complete absence of metal studs. Excellent glitter wigs, makeup and Louboutin shoes of all the models.
I really also like the funny dragon-dress wore by the same Philippe on runway .
